In the unlikely event that you don’t like the Blackhead Vacuum Pro or face an issue with your tool, simply send us an email as per the below terms. 

Please read and understand our terms and conditions below to be eligible for the 90 day Moneyback Guarantee.

To claim our Money-Back Guarantee:

  1. Trial the Blackhead Vacuum Pro for at least 30 days from the date of delivery, but for no more than 90 days.
  2. You must complete at least 5 full uses, and take a photo of the Suction Head after each use showing any residue left in it. We would also recommend taking a clear video demonstrating how the device is used.
  3. If you feel that the device is not working for you or you see no results, email your 5 Suction Head photos to us along with the video demonstrating device use at support@serenevibe.com with your order number and details on how often you have used the device, for how long each time and any skin prep done before using the tool. We’ll review your application accordingly and may also request any additional information as required.
  4. If you have faced a reaction due to the device, please send us photos of the affected skin area along with a video demonstrating how the device is being used as this can cause bruising if not used properly. Please send your email to support@serenevibe.com, we’ll then review your application and also give you suggestions on the best way to make this work for you. Please keep in mind redness is completely normal after using the device and will subside after a few minutes.
  5. If by any chance the device has a manufacturing defect within 90 days of receiving the product, please email us at support@serenevibe.com with a description and video showing the issue you are facing with the product. We’ll then review the case and resolve it for you.
  6. In the event that you’ve received your device but no longer wish to have this, we accept returns as long as the package is still sealed and unopened. Please send us an email to support@serenevibe.com and we’ll assist you with the returns process.
  7. All 90-day Money-Back Guarantee applications MUST be submitted within 90 days of receiving your device.
  8. ALL photos and videos MUST have valid time and date stamps
  9. If your application does not meet our return criteria, you will not be approved for a refund. Incomplete or illegible claims will not be refunded.
  10. If approved, we will refund you the handset purchase price (at the time of order) and may request for the device to be returned back to us so kindly do not dispose this.

The greatest factor for a successful microdermabrasion treatment is simply using it consistently, as advised with the prior skin prep, and for the minimum amount of time.

For those who do not use the device as recommended, this will lead to no results or a skin reaction. We cannot control how you use this however, we’re always happy to provide you with the best recommendations for you.

Please ensure that the detailed Instructions Guide is thoroughly read and understood. If the handset has not been used correctly, and as instructed, the refund will not be approved.

We reserve our right to reject a refund in the event that we are not satisfied with the supporting evidence you provide to us.

Postage costs and the process of sending the handset back to us (once approved by our Returns team) is the full responsibility of the customer, and return postage costs will not be refunded.
